I made an appointment for a consultation, and the manager in charge called me right away to explain the cost. I knew they had fixed pricing, and it really was fixed pricing. I had a consultation with the director first, then with the manager. The director's consultation was good. They explained side effects, swelling, scars, and the surgery in detail first, then had me undress and explained how the line would likely turn out while looking directly at me. The manager felt like a very friendly neighborhood aunt, and she explained everything I asked about well, so it was fine.
