Had Re-Revision Surgery on My Eye Shape

As soon as I finished my military service, at my girlfriend's suggestion, I had eye-shape correction and nostril reduction done at the same hospital. I do not regret the nostril reduction, but the eye-shape correction seems to have failed. It was done without an incision, and I asked them to make it as invisible as possible because I am a man, but it came out as an inline fold. Having it be invisible was fine, but after about 5 years one eye became an outer line. Saying it is an outer line sounds nice, but it only looks that way when I force my eye open with extra effort, and at ordinary times it just looks like someone who cannot properly open his eyes. So around this time last year, at my female sibling's recommendation, I searched the community, apps, and cafes together for re-revision surgery, and after getting consultations at [Clinic A], which had a ton of reviews about lowering the line, I had the surgery. I thought lowering only the line would be enough, but my eyes were also small, and they said that if they opened the front and lower outer corners together, I could get the long eye shape I wanted, so I decided to do that too and asked them to make everything as natural as possible. I thought the incisions would cause severe swelling, but after about 3 weeks it had mostly gone down. A tip here is that I do play futsal often with friends. You have to get out and move around a lot for the swelling to go down, that is absolutely true. The doctor said it went well after checking my progress, and my sister also said that for a man's eyes, mine were above average, so I felt proud.
