The manager consultation took about 1-2 minutes, was brief, then they took photos and started the procedure. But the doctor was extremely kind. While doing the pigment laser and Shurink, they kept explaining the procedure and told me to ask anything I was curious about, explaining everything in great detail. They spoke almost nonstop throughout the procedure. It was a male doctor, and among the hospitals I have been to, he explained things the kindest and most thoroughly.
