I have a slightly hooked nose bridge, but they said there was no need to do osteotomy, so they just shaved it down. For the tip, they used my ear cartilage to shape it. Because both the bridge and the tip were adjusted, the swelling lasted a bit longer than with a no-implant surgery, but it has settled in well now. At the consultation, they do a virtual simulation, and you can think of the result as being almost the same as that.
