Is it the vice director rather than the director? That person was kind and nice. They paid a lot of attention to me. I had fat grafting surgery, and they were kind and considerate, which I appreciated. The graft seems to have taken well too, so I am satisfied. The cost was also fairly inexpensive. I recommend them to others as well.
