It definitely felt like they only talked about what was actually possible, with no extra pushing. The only issue is that I am still not sure whether I have true ptosis or pseudoptosis, and from the outside it looks more like pseudoptosis, but the director said it was true ptosis, so I am a little conflicted... The director has a lot of experience, and the manager seemed very knowledgeable too, as if she had been there for a long time. When the two of them were explaining things, their terminology overlapped, and even during the consultation with the director, the manager stayed beside us, so they seemed very sincere. Of course, the director knew more overall and even wrote things down on paper while explaining, so I thought their professionalism was excellent. A friend said they had good results, so I went, but even if that friend got good results from eyelid correction, canthoplasty, and double eyelid surgery, there is no guarantee I would turn out exactly the same, so I decided to get diagnosed for ptosis at several eye clinics first and then make a final decision. I spent almost an hour in consultation with manager + director + manager again, and the last manager was trying to book surgery for the very next day as of today, which felt a bit... so I just went home.
