They were meticulous and professional, and they did a customized lip design for me. Everyone at the clinic, including the staff, was kind, and they seemed to take good care of everything overall. My lips swelled up so much they looked thick as a sausage, and they even gave me an anti-inflammatory injection. They definitely do not rush things like a factory. That said, the price is pretty steep for lip filler.
