It didn't feel especially warm or friendly, but the effect was really good for the price. I only got treatment on the jaw area, and my face became completely slimmer and more defined! It has a very factory-like feel, but if you're the type who is fine as long as the result is good, I'd recommend this place. My face stayed very slim for several months.
