First, they recommended a package for acne care, and it felt like a pretty good value package, so I did like it. It was very factory-like, and the person taking care of me had a bit of bad breath, so that part was rough. They strongly pressured me to leave a review, and if I wrote one, they even took photos. They also seemed to check my ID and nickname. I did get Botox too, but there was no consultation or anything like that; I just came in and got injected. It's a place people go because it's cheap. The staff were unfriendly too. They never told me whether I was supposed to keep waiting or not, just left me there, and they were too busy chatting among themselves.
