My lip volume was already on the fuller side, and I wanted to change the shape, so I got filler. There were three types of filler, and I was told Elravie is the one they use most often, so I chose that. They seem to be good at shaping lips. The only downside was that there was no touch-up, so I deducted one point from my expectations.
