I had the procedure twice in total and was satisfied. I was worried about asymmetry, and they treated it to match that well. The director was extremely meticulous during the procedure, and was also very kind and thorough when consulting me about other concerns. They made it look natural without being obvious. Most of the filler has now gone, but I ended up with a much better mouth line.
