I liked that if I wanted a consultation beyond hair removal, they connected me directly with the director. The director was also kind and made me feel comfortable during the consultation. The downside is that the price is cheap and everything is good, but I did not see much of an effect from the procedure I received. I even had more than 10 sessions of hair removal, but... still...
