You can think of this place as the ultimate factory-style clinic. Do not expect counseling, hygiene, or kindness! That is why the price is cheap. I go to a more expensive dermatology clinic for other procedures and only get Rejuran here. Rejuran gives roughly the same results no matter where you go anyway. They do apply cream and put an ice pack on you to calm things down after the injections, but about eight out of ten times it feels like they do it without washing their hands properly, and the ice pack has probably already been on so many other faces. So I just leave right after getting the shot and take care of myself when I get home. lololol
