This place is inside a department store, so the facilities are really, really good. It used to have a different name, not [Clinic A], but then it changed. I had been going there since before the name change, and when the name changed, most of the staff stayed the same, so I kept going. I used to go because it was near my workplace, and since it was inside a department store, a lot of somewhat high-class older ladies came there. (I do not know what it is like now.) This was the first branch where I learned about this franchise clinic. So I kept going, but when I later went to another branch, I was honestly shocked by the facilities.. lol This branch has the best facilities. It is a factory-style clinic, but the communication among the consultant manager, the youngest nurse organizing the waiting area, the doctor performing the procedure, and the nurse assisting beside them was still pretty good. After it changed to [Clinic A], though, communication got worse and there were more and more people, so I remember not going back after that.
