I went several times for Shrink lifting, but I never once went in after consulting with the director. But since it was a procedure I had already tried, I did not mind that much. I had it done here more than 3 times, but every time it was a different director doing it, and I do not even know who treated me. I was dissatisfied, so today I asked the front desk which director had done it, but they would not tell me.
