Why have dermatology clinics these days turned into factory-style places? Why do they insist on having a consultation manager who just takes money without even letting you see the director? The consultation manager who handled me had no understanding of the procedure at all. They were not even kind, so I felt bad. It seems like a textbook example of a factory-style dermatology clinic.
