First of all, the consultation waiting time was over 1 hour, so it was a bit long. Even so, when I actually had the consultation, the director explained everything in detail. They explained my condition and how the surgery would be carried out. It felt like they do not push unnecessary procedures and only keep things as safe and minimal as possible.
