I really liked it during the consultation. The director was very kind, there was no excessive pushing, and the manager in charge was just the right amount of friendly, which I liked. But on the day of surgery, since it was a simple? procedure, the care was not very satisfying. It would have been nice if the manager in charge had been there, but they weren't, so another staff member handled it, and they weren't that friendly..! That said, they were by no means rude, but they didn't help with my pre-surgery nerves. I got a strange feeling a lot.. The hospital facilities also felt good on the consultation day because the interior wasn't overdone and gave a comfortable, cozy feeling, but on the surgery day it felt a bit lacking. After the surgery, there was no sense at all of being offered water or having anyone look after how I was feeling. In other hospitals where I've had several procedures, every staff member I met on surgery day was excessively kind and took great care of my condition, which helped me feel much more at ease, so I kept comparing. Of course, I think all of this gets offset if the results are good. Liposuction on the arms and abdomen is a procedure whose effects appear somewhat late because of swelling and fibrotic tissue, so I think I'll wait a bit and leave another review later.
