Located just a little behind a district packed with clinics of the same type (though not on the outskirts or in a quiet area). The director explained things calmly in a detailed way that made me trust them, and said they would do it using various methods, but I could only really see my own problems with my eyes, and even when I listened to the director's explanation, I honestly could not fully understand what kind of surgery it was. However, looking at how kindly the director and the manager treated people, it seems to be a candidate choice.
