This is an honest assessment. First, the double eyelids looked different on both sides right after surgery, again when the stitches were removed a week later, and even three months later, but only the director says that is not the case. If there is any fault, it must be my bone structure. The epicanthoplasty was not done to minimize scars and make it inconspicuous; instead, the incision was made for the surgeon's convenience, which caused an unnatural tear trough, white scarring, and a sunken scar. A scar treatment clinic told me this area had not seen a case like this in 10 years. They said these days they do not make such a long cut in that area.
