In the past, even without a manager, I kept going because the director's skill was so meticulous and good, but ever since they added a manager, it's been completely disappointing. At first they act caring, but they recommend too many things and don't seem to have much professional knowledge. It feels bad that they act like a half-physician instead of a consultant. If you just say, "I'm not interested," their expression changes completely. I would go when the director is the one giving a delicate treatment, but for skin care, the Hongdae clinics these days are generally average, so until the manager changes, this is a place I do not really want to go to.
