For areas like the bridge of the nose or between the eyebrows, if the shape spreads out, the nose can end up looking bigger overall, but cat filler is focused on the tip of the nose, so even after time passed it did not seem to spread or look oddly shaped. It was genuinely the prettiest... The counseling manager-type staff did mention that I should get it done as a semi-permanent treatment, but they were not especially unfriendly. The doctor was kind, and she was a woman, but I do not remember her name T_T
