A bit factory-like, maybe? Still, the manager, doctor, and staff were all kind, so that was nice. I could clearly feel that my skin elasticity improved and my skin got much better. They gave me a thorough explanation of possible symptoms in advance, which made me feel at ease! I was satisfied with both the laser treatment and the skin treatment, and I would come back again.
