It was the first clinic I consulted with, so I feel like I ended up in the consultation pretty clumsily... The staff were all really kind, and the director was also kind and made the consultation feel comfortable. It was a consultation with Director [Doctor A], and since it was my first consultation and I didn't know much, I didn't ask many questions. They looked at the line very carefully and thoroughly explained, "If we do it this way here, then this happens."
