The counseling manager is rarely the one who ruins a clinic's image, but this was one of those cases.

The other staff members are kind. Whether my evaluation of the manager is just a subjective opinion is something you will understand for yourselves if you experience it directly. There are many good clinics. You have to judge the standards.
