I went in for a consultation about under-eye fat repositioning, but after hearing the explanation it seems like it's just fat removal. They said it's a laser-based technique, but when I asked how they fix it after removal and repositioning, they said it isn't a fixation method. My understanding of repositioning is moving the fat and securing it in place, but here it feels like they just remove it. Am I misunderstanding something? I had an appointment for 4 o'clock, but I couldn't see the director until 5, so I left. The other two places gave a similar feeling, so I booked in Seoul instead.
