The first time I went, I was a high school student, and they did not take before-and-after photos or give me bruise cream. There was not really any explanation either. Then I had to get Botox again, so I went back six months later as an adult, and they explained everything carefully. They also gave me bruise cream and took before-and-after photos. The effect is excellent. But other clinics say they apply numbing cream or spray; here they just marked me directly with a white pen and started the procedure right away. It hurt like hell.
