Once the design is settled, they seem to be good at the procedure, but during the consultation I don't think they did a good job of designing something that fit my face. They just do whatever the patient asks for. After it's done, there are cases where it doesn't suit my face, and they don't explain in detail about possible side effects or what to watch out for in the long term.
