I saw so many complications from nose surgery, and there were also so many people around me who had revision surgery, so I spent about a year just researching on my own before deciding to get it done and visited around 10 clinics I had shortlisted for consultations. I hesitated because the consultation fee here was 33,000 KRW, but I was told the consultation would be that long, and that it would be with the surgeon rather than a coordinator, so I made an appointment. I had a CT scan, photos taken, and a consultation. First, the surgeon explained everything with a PPT about the surgery and showed me cases similar to mine while explaining each one in detail. That made me trust the place. They said they could do the tip with ear cartilage, shave down the hump, and that I could do it without an implant, which I liked, and I was also glad they said they would not pack my nose with gauze. But the cost was higher than other places, so I worried about it. Other places kept saying I would definitely need silicone for my nose and that the hump did not need to be shaved, but that hump was my biggest stress point, so I decided on this place haha. I do not have any discomfort now, and people around me are saying it turned out well, so I feel good.
