The director was not the super-friendly type, but more the type who says only exactly what needs to be said. The staff were all really kind (as of 2 years ago). I was more satisfied than ever with the surgery.. They removed a truly huge amount of fat. The operating room was very clean and the staff were kind. They even warmed up the red disinfectant and sprayed it on me because they thought I might be cold. T_T They explained everything so I would not get anxious, saying things like the anesthetic is going in, it feels tight, the director is here, and so on. They talked with me briefly with the director, then the anesthetic went in, and when I opened my eyes I was in the recovery room. The dedicated recovery-room nurses were also so kind, like moms.. They kept checking the electric blanket, rushed over to give me pain medicine, and walked around the hospital with me by the hand before discharge, asking if I was okay and giving me water so I could stay alert. The aftercare was a bit lacking.. Overall, I was satisfied.
