If you have a protruding mouth, do not get philtrum reduction. And for people who are sensitive to pain too, I found it very unpleasant that they looked at that in a way that felt like, "Why are you making such a big deal out of it?" The consultation was also lacking sincerity. I do not think it was right to just poke a shot and act like they were annoyed and wanted me to leave quickly. I would not recommend it.
