It is a big hospital, so things do move a bit hurriedly, but they are kind. In some places, the staff who do the procedures just answer with a casual yes and move on, but here it was nice to be able to hear the answer directly from the director. They also have promotions often, so I think I will keep going there in the future for the procedures I want. Separately, lipolysis injections did not have much effect for me. I think that really varies from person to person.
