I had made a reservation in advance for a revision-surgery consultation, but they said the director wasn't there so I couldn't consult with the director, which made no sense. If that was the case, shouldn't they have told me in advance? Thinking I'd wasted a trip, I was seriously so angry. It wasn't even my first surgery, but since it was revision surgery, it felt like I had gone just to consult with the manager. Why on earth did they take reservations in advance?;; My precious time..
