I had one eye done with partial incisional double eyelid surgery here (the other eye already had a crease, but it kept forming and disappearing), and also had a lateral canthoplasty. The manager strongly recommended epicanthoplasty to me, but the doctor said I did not need it. Because my eyes were already large, if I was going to do anything at all, they said I should do lateral canthoplasty, so I had that too. The swelling went down quickly, and I heard lateral canthoplasty has many side effects, but mine healed well with none of those issues. It just does not show very clearly.. Since I had surgery at 20, I felt like the doctor found me very cute. They took good care of me, and instead of only seeing me at fixed 1-month and 3-month intervals, the director would look me over even if I came in any time because I thought something was wrong and got scared. (In the end, there was nothing wrong.) If I ever have another eye surgery, I think I would do it here again.
