I went in because of revision eyelid surgery, and although it looked like they had a lot of consultation appointments afterward, I could feel that the director was trying to answer as many of my questions as possible. However, they did not actually draw the line on my eye or anything like that, and since it was a revision surgery, they emphasized that if the line ended up forming double folds, I might have to have another surgery, which made me uneasy, so I did not make a separate surgery booking. There was no pressure to reserve, the price was cheap, and they did not push surgery too hard either. If it were a first-time surgery rather than a revision, this place might be okay too.
