A family member had an eye correction procedure. They were very kind during the consultation, and they kept providing additional treatment whenever a scar or similar issue appeared! (Even when we visited again about 4 years after the surgery, they gave a scar injection for free.)
That said, I think a lift surgery is too much for someone in their 20s and can greatly change the impression. Since I visited because of a scar, I felt recommending a lift surgery was a bit excessive.
