At the pre-consultation I said I wanted it to look as natural as possible, and within that natural range they first recommended the direction that would suit my face best. During the consultation with the doctor, he also looked at my nose shape and face shape and recommended the most flattering direction, so since I had a recommendation from someone I knew, I trusted them and went ahead right away.
