Among the places I went to for consultations, this was the rudest. When I said I was getting revision surgery after 10 years, the manager said, "What have you been doing for 10 years that you didn't get it done?" (Those were the exact words.) I don't know if the doctor was busy too, but everything felt rushed. I showed them a celebrity photo of the eyes I wanted, zoomed in only on the eyes, and they sighed and said, "What do you think the difference is between this person and the patient's eyes?" Then lol the manager kept throwing out random TMI and kept asking me personal questions. Why were they so curious about me? And they used half-formal speech with me. They asked my age and then casually switched to informal speech. It was one of the first places I visited for consultations, so I couldn't ask many questions, and they made a snide comment like, "Other people come with fewer questions, though~" After the consultation, I stepped out and immediately looked back, and the manager and staff were giggling and whispering. I don't know what they said, but it left a bad feeling. The facility itself was not bad. The reviews here seem good, but I think they looked down on me because I was an early-bird newbie and looked young lol Please keep that in mind if you go.
