I went in without waiting long for the consultation. First I had a consultation with the director, then met the doctor, but the doctor was in surgery, so I waited a little. They seemed busy, so they spoke very fast. I think there were parts I could not catch.. haha Still, whenever I asked a question, they answered kindly, and I could feel the professionalism in their replies. I was conflicted about the surgical method, so they showed me case photos and explained it. In the final consultation with the director, they explained the surgical method with drawings and also checked the reservation for the day I wanted surgery.
