They pinpointed exactly what I wanted, which I liked. The line they designed was probably the one I liked best. But the manager spoke in a slightly casual tone, so that part felt a little off. It seemed like they were trying to be friendly, but some people might also feel like they were being taken lightly. Since the director had a lot of experience, it ended up costing quite a bit.
