The director seemed to take a lot of pride in his technical skill, and since he also runs a dermatology clinic, I felt very confident about the scar care after surgery. However, rather than listening to the patient's words and concerns, he talked a lot about his own skills, so the consultation was a little disappointing, but his ability does seem good.
