I had to wait 2 weeks just to get a consultation. Usually, even if there is a consultation fee, I go there and pay on site, but here they asked me to transfer the consultation fee when I made the reservation, so it felt a bit strange. If you cancel the reservation, the consultation fee is not refunded. I arrived earlier than the consultation time and waited 30 minutes, then had a 10-minute consultation. Rude. While the patient was speaking, they did not listen, cut me off, and kept talking about themselves. The kind of doctor I never trust at any hospital is one who is rude and arrogant. I had not even asked, but they said things like they could do this kind of surgery themselves, which was ridiculous. They were not even a board-certified plastic surgeon... I saw a review in another cafe saying that someone who had a zygoma reduction laser treatment was forced to keep hearing that it was getting smaller even though there was no effect, and I should have avoided this place long ago. And if you are going to charge 10,000 won for a consultation, shouldnt you at least explain what treatment you will do, what method you will use, and what equipment you will use? If you get surgery or a procedure done at a place like this, it is obvious there will be no aftercare if something goes wrong or if it has no effect, so I am passing on it.
