I had surgery last year. They said they only do the surgery with ear cartilage, I understand the tip of the nose, but I do not really understand how they shape the bridge and things like that. The result is not bad, but my ear got wrecked. Recommended if you want something natural. But I only recommend it for people who want such a natural result that you can barely tell whether it was done. If you want a pretty nose, I think it would be better to look for another clinic. It felt more focused on surgical safety than on aesthetics.
