I ended up going to the hospital because the consultation wait was about a month. The wait at the hospital was also longer than at other places. Once I went in, the director gave an explanation similar to what I had seen on YouTube. They answered my questions well. It seemed like they only talk about raising my nose to a certain degree right before surgery. Then the nurses came in and said it was time for the procedure, so it felt like everything was wrapped up in a hurry. But they said if I waited a little, they could take another look at the back, so I waited a bit and left after hearing the final explanation.
