If you have a dramatically different result or a very obvious difference, you probably should not do it here and should get silicone inserted. After the consultation, it did seem like they would not be able to operate in the exact way I wanted. If you want to add only a natural-looking bit of height to your own original nose, then I think it would fit your needs! I consulted because I did not want silicone inserted, but if the shape I want still cannot be achieved, I keep wondering whether I should really do it. But if you really just want more height, I recommend it.
