I fully agree that it feels factory-like from the reviews. I went in wanting a proper consultation with the doctor to ask what procedure would be best, but there was no consultation with the doctor at all. As soon as I arrived, they asked what I wanted done and told me to go straight into the procedure room. (If you want a consultation, you have to ask the front desk staff, but they did not seem trustworthy,,) They said they would send in whichever doctor could finish the procedure fastest, and when I waited, the doctor came in within 5 minutes. I had a square jaw treatment and salivary gland Botox, and the actual procedure took less than 1 minute. After it was over, I asked the doctor again what else would be good to do, but it felt like they answered in a very hurried way and then rushed out. I do not know about the other doctors, but the doctor who treated me was kind! Still, I have had square jaw and salivary gland Botox elsewhere before, and I think the effect here was better. There is definitely a factory-line feeling because the doctor does not really consult with you, but I am satisfied with the results, so I plan to go again.
