Well.. I’m not sure, maybe I expected too much. Of all the consultations I’ve had so far, this was the shortest time I spent with the director.. I liked the photos in the reviews the most, so I had high hopes, but the consultation with the manager was okay. She was kind and tried to explain things well, but the surgery is done by the director, so if I had had a bit more enough time and room with the director, I think I would have considered it more. That’s what I regret.
