This was my first visit, and the doctor and the consultation director were all kind and thorough in their consultation. The two nurses in the treatment room were chatting with each other while guiding me and answering rather half-heartedly, so I was a little put off, but the other staff were all kind! I went without choosing a specific director, so I don't know which doctor treated me lol
