I went in for a consultation for scar treatment and decided to proceed with Pico Fraxel. After several sessions, the doctor looked at it and said the next session would be treated with scar subcision instead. So the next session was deducted and replaced with scar subcision. I am still not sure whether the remaining Pico Fraxel sessions will help after seeing how things go. I went there because it was said to specialize in pores and scars, but it is a little disappointing that they only took action after using up almost half the sessions. If I had independently insisted on Pico Fraxel, I would understand it even if it had no effect, but since they examined me themselves and decided to proceed, it feels wasteful to have the session count deducted as if nothing happened.
The front-desk staff who were there when I first went were kind, but the front-desk staff there now are worse than before. Their tone when speaking and even their hand gestures when giving directions feel lifeless. When I went on a Saturday, there were a lot of people so I waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. There was no advance notice at reception, and only when I asked did they check. Even when I left, there was not a single apology.
The skin-care staff also kept changing their minds, first telling me to leave my bag there and then telling me to take it with me. After the procedure ended and I was trying to leave, they blocked the path while moving equipment at the entrance and kept focusing only on their own work no matter who was standing there.
