I visited because I wanted to try Hydrafacial. The counselor was just politely friendly enough. But I have absolutely no intention of coming back.
While getting the procedure, I wanted to have an IV drip at the same time as well, and since the procedure would take about 30 minutes anyway, they said if I also got the white-injection IV with vitamin B, the timing would line up perfectly and the price difference would not be much, so I readily agreed. But the nurse who was supposed to start the IV did not come until almost the very end of the procedure. I even mentioned it once more in the middle. In the end, the IV only started going in near the end. I wanted the procedure and the IV to be done at the same time because I had another schedule after the dermatology clinic, so I felt a little annoyed. After it was finally hooked up and all the fluid had gone in, I pressed the bell, but no one came. I pressed it again 5 minutes later and no one came, and 3 minutes after that still no one came, and they did not come until blood started flowing backward, so I ended up pressing the bell about twice in a row before someone came. I was so angry, but I forced myself to hold it in, and when I came out of the treatment room, the staff were gathered together chatting...? No matter how I think about it, it is infuriating.. I was going to write this on a computer, but it said GPS permission was required, so I am writing it on mobile despite the hassle.
